“3 Best New Netflix Series To Binge-Watch This Weekend (October 16–18, 2026)” — what this page in the network covers. Netflix is closing out October with a strong slate of new releases, and three series stand out for weekend binge-watching. Leading the pack is The Diplomat season 4, which continues the political thriller’s blend of high-stakes diplomacy and personal drama. Fans can expect more tense negotiations and sharp dialogue as Kate Wyler navigates a crisis that threatens global stability. Next is Below, a gripping new drama that plunges viewers into the claustrophobic world of a submarine crew.
The series focuses on the psychological toll of isolation and the life-or-death decisions made under pressure. Early reviews highlight its intense atmosphere and strong ensemble cast. Finally, The Trap offers a twisty crime thriller that keeps audiences guessing. The plot centers on a detective who becomes entangled in a web of deception while investigating a seemingly straightforward case.
