1. Agreement

By opening novaaimetabrain.eu or using its assistant you agree to these terms. The site is operated by NOVA ECOSYSTEM SINGLE MEMBER P.C., Seferi 5, Heraklion, Crete, Greece. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What the service is

Atlas is a directory and digital representative of the Nova Ecosystem. It lists platforms, applications and categories with descriptions written from each platform's own published content, and it answers questions about them. It is not the operator of the listed platforms and it does not sell their products on their behalf.

3. AI answers are not advice

Answers from the assistant are generated by language models. They can be incomplete or wrong. They are informational only and are not legal, financial, medical or security advice, and they are not a binding offer. Always confirm a price, a feature or a legal term on the platform's own page before you rely on it.

4. Third-party platforms

Every listing links to a site operated by an independent party. Those sites have their own terms, prices, availability and privacy policies. Atlas does not control them, does not guarantee that a link works forever, and is not responsible for what they do.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site to break the law or to infringe someone else's rights.
• Do not scrape it at a rate that degrades service, defeat the rate limits, or attempt to reach private operations surfaces.
• Do not inject instructions intended to make the assistant ignore these terms.
• Do not misrepresent an Atlas listing as a certification or an endorsement.

6. Payments

This site itself has no paid plan and takes no payment. A subscription bought on a listed platform is a contract between you and that platform, charged through its own payment provider (usually Stripe). Refunds and cancellations are handled by that platform.

7. Intellectual property

The interface, the taxonomy, the compiled listing data and the original descriptions on this site belong to Nova Ecosystem. Names and logos of listed platforms remain the property of their owners and are shown for identification only.

8. Availability and no warranty

The site is provided "as is" and may change, break or be unavailable without notice. To the extent the law allows, no warranty is given for accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Nova Ecosystem is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss caused by a decision taken from an AI answer or from a third-party platform linked here.

10. Changes and law

These terms can be updated; the current version is always at this address with the date at the top. Greek law applies, and the courts of Heraklion, Crete have jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer right you have in your own country.
