Who is responsible

This site, novaaimetabrain.eu, is operated by NOVA ECOSYSTEM SINGLE MEMBER P.C., Seferi 5, Heraklion, Crete, Greece. It is part of Nova Ecosystem. For any privacy question, write to support@novaecosystem.live.

What this site is

Atlas is a public directory of the platforms, apps and categories of the Nova Ecosystem, with an AI representative that answers questions about what is listed. There is no user account, no login, no password and no profile on this site.

What is processed

• Questions you type into the assistant. The text is sent to a language-model provider so an answer can be written. Conversations are not kept as a profile and are not used for advertising; a small usage counter (calls and tokens) is kept to know what the platform costs to run.
• The email you enter in the newsletter box — only if you submit it. It is stored in our database with its source and language, and it is used only to send ecosystem news. Every message has a working unsubscribe route.
• Technical request data: the address you connect from, the page requested, the browser type and the time. This is held by our hosting provider for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting.
• Aggregate analytics through Google Analytics 4, which measures page views and clicks (anonymous aggregate traffic). No file, question content or private data is ever sent to it.
• Your language and country, used to show the site in the right language. The country is read from the network request, not from a stored profile.

Cookies and local storage

The site stores your language preference and, if you use the install button, a flag so the prompt is not repeated. These are functional; they do not track you across other websites.

How long it is kept

Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are rotated by the hosting provider within days. Usage counters are aggregated per day. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting of the Google Analytics property (14 months).

Who else is involved

• Cloudflare, for hosting the site and its database.
• Google Analytics 4, for anonymous aggregate traffic measurement.
• Language-model providers, to answer an assistant question. The text of the question is the only content sent; no email, no address and no account is attached to it.
• The platforms listed in the directory are operated by independent parties and have their own policies. Atlas links to them; it does not receive your data from them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing. Write to support@novaecosystem.live and the request is answered within one month. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (1–3 Kifisias Avenue, 115 23 Athens, Greece, dpa.gr).

Children

The site is a business directory and is not directed at children under 16. No account or age-gated feature exists.

Changes

This policy can change when the platform changes. The current version is always published at this address, with the date at the top.
