Here is what the page “AA Apartments in Málaga: Crearctive Transforms Commercial Space into Four Garnet-Red Accen” contains. Spanish architecture studio Crearctive has converted a former commercial space in Málaga into four residential units, known as AA Apartments. The project introduces a central service spine that organizes plumbing, storage, and kitchen functions, freeing the perimeter for living areas. High-level clerestory windows bring natural light deep into the plan while maintaining privacy from the street. Elevated mezzanines create additional sleeping or work zones without increasing the building footprint.
Garnet-red accents punctuate the otherwise neutral palette, adding visual warmth and wayfinding cues. The adaptive reuse addresses Málaga's growing demand for centrally located housing by repurposing underused commercial real estate. The design demonstrates how compact urban infill can deliver functional, light-filled homes through strategic vertical layering and a clear service core. The full version stays on the original page, which this listing opens directly.
