Here is what the page “Bath target Rhys Carre as Beno Obano exit sparks Premiership prop domino effect” contains. Bath are lining up Wales international Rhys Carre to fill the void left by Beno Obano, whose early decision to move to France next summer has triggered a chain reaction in the Premiership's loosehead prop market. Carre, currently at Cardiff, has emerged as a primary target for the West Country club as they seek a like-for-like replacement with top-level experience. The move comes as Northampton Saints face uncertainty over the future of Ollie Sleightholme, with the prolific winger's contract situation drawing attention from rival clubs.
Meanwhile, Bristol Bears' reported interest in All Blacks brothers Beauden and Scott Barrett has been clarified, with sources suggesting the club's pursuit may not be as advanced as initially reported. Gloucester are also active in the market, working on new deals for a key trio as they look to lock down core talent for the coming seasons.
