Here is what the page “Big Little Lies Season 3 Begins Production at Warner Bros. Burbank, Merrin Dungey Returns” contains. HBO's 'Big Little Lies' has finally started production on its long-awaited third season, but only for a single day. Filming took place Thursday at Warner Bros. Studios Burbank's The Ranch Lot, with recurring cast member Merrin Dungey, who plays Detective Adrienne Quinlan, spotted on set. The limited shoot suggests the series is in early stages, likely for preliminary scenes or promotional material.
Fans have been waiting since 2019 for the next chapter, and this development signals that the project is moving forward despite previous delays. The return of Dungey's character hints at unresolved storylines from Season 2, where her investigation into the Monterey Five's secrets played a key role. With principal cast members like Reese Witherspoon and Nicole Kidman expected to return, the new season promises to delve deeper into the aftermath of Perry Wright's death.
