NovaTube News is a platform that aggregates live video news content sourced from YouTube. Users can browse videos without needing to create an account. The site collects limited technical information such as device and browser types, along with anonymized usage data, to help enhance the service. All videos are publicly accessible on YouTube and are streamed through YouTube links, meaning YouTube's own privacy policies apply when accessing the videos. Minimal cookies are used on the platform, only to ensure basic functionality, and no tracking cookies are employed for advertising. Third-party content is served by YouTube, and any promotional or affiliate links are clearly marked.
The service is not intended for children under 13, and no personal data from children is knowingly collected. Users within the European Union have rights under GDPR, including access to, correction, or deletion of personal data held by NovaTube News. By using the service, users agree to the outlined terms of use. For any privacy or service-related inquiries, users can contact the platform directly via their provided email address.
