Exosat

Exosat is developing a large constellation of low-cost communication satellites to offer a neutral and sovereign alternative to existing satellite networks. By ensuring all components are free from ITAR and EAR controls, the company can source manufacturing globally, significantly reducing costs and enabling launches from various countries. This approach allows access to equatorial orbits while avoiding reliance on limited launch capacity in any single region.

The company initially targets device manufacturers and network operators for connectivity services. Over time, it plans to utilize the distributed computing power across its satellite network to support real-time inference tasks for robotics and autonomous vehicles in remote locations. Exosat has already secured hundreds of millions in letters of intent from partners in Central Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. It has booked its first satellite launch for next year and holds an ITU filing for 11,000 satellites, aiming to create the largest communications network outside the U.S. and China.
