Here is what the page “Iraola Trusts Wirtz and Barcola '100%' but Calls on Others to Step Up as Liverpool Face La” contains. Liverpool manager Andoni Iraola has expressed full confidence in big-money signings Florian Wirtz and Bradley Barcola, stating he trusts them '100%' as the Reds prepare for a Champions League clash against Austrian side Lask on Wednesday. However, with leading scorers Alexander Isak, Cody Gakpo, and Dominik Szoboszlai all sidelined due to minor injuries picked up on international duty, Iraola emphasized the need for other players to step up and contribute offensively. 'We need other players to give us those numbers,' he said, acknowledging the absence of his top attacking threats.
The exact return dates for the injured trio remain unclear, adding pressure on the squad's depth. Liverpool will look to maintain their European momentum despite the setbacks, with Wirtz and Barcola expected to shoulder creative responsibilities.
