Content overview: “Jason Momoa's Frontier to Stream on Netflix in 2025: What to Know”. Before Jason Momoa became a blockbuster movie star with roles in Aquaman and the upcoming Street Fighter, he led the historical drama Frontier as Declan Harp, a part-Irish, part-Cree outlaw fighting the Hudson's Bay Company in 18th-century Canada. The series, which originally aired on Discovery Channel in the U.S. and Netflix internationally, will be available on Netflix in the U.S. This move brings the action-packed show to a wider American audience for the first time.
Frontier ran for three seasons from 2016 to 2018 and also starred Landon Liboiron, Alun Armstrong, and Zoe Boyle.
