Italian authorities have cancelled upcoming concerts by Kanye West and Travis Scott in Reggio Emilia, citing urgent security concerns and an inability to manage the safety risks associated with such large-scale events. This development highlights an increasingly stringent regulatory landscape for international touring artists, who must now navigate much higher bureaucratic and logistical hurdles.
