Here is what the page “Katana Zero DLC Now 'Size of a Full Sequel' With 30+ New Songs, Says Askiisoft” contains. Askiisoft's Justin Stander confirmed on October 22 via Bluesky that the long-awaited Katana Zero DLC has expanded to the size of a full sequel, featuring a soundtrack of over 30 new songs. Announced shortly after the game's April 2019 launch, the free DLC has been in development for seven years, with the last update in April 2025 reiterating it was still coming. The neo-noir action-platformer, praised in GameSpot's 8/10 review for its brutal combat and heartfelt story, follows amnesiac assassin Subject Zero through time-bending levels and political intrigue.
Fans have drawn comparisons to Hollow Knight: Silksong due to repeated confirmations without a release date. Stander promised more updates soon, offering hope that the wait may finally be nearing an end. For the complete material, the listing points back to the source inside the network.
