Here is what the page “Lilo & Stitch 2 Set Photos Reveal Live-Action Angel and Maia Kealoha's Return as Lilo” contains. Production is underway for the live-action sequel to Disney's Lilo & Stitch, with new set photos confirming the introduction of Angel and the return of Maia Kealoha as Lilo. The images, captured by locals near the filming location, show Stitch alongside Angel, a fan-favorite experiment from the animated series. Kealoha, who debuted as Lilo in the first film, is seen back in character, signaling continuity for the franchise.
While Disney has not officially announced the sequel's plot, the presence of Angel suggests the story may explore Stitch's romantic counterpart. The original live-action film, released in 2025, was a streaming success, prompting the quick greenlight for a follow-up. The sequel's production in Hawaii, a key setting for the story, continues the series' commitment to authentic locations. The full version stays on the original page, which this listing opens directly.
