“Magic: The Gathering Foundations Commander Decks Restocked at Amazon, Walmart, and Target ” — what this page in the network covers. Magic: The Gathering's new Foundations Commander decks, which debuted in early October 2026, are back in stock at major online retailers after an initial wave of shortages. The four-deck set—featuring commanders like the legendary dragon Shivan Devastator and the necromancer Liliana, Heretical Healer—sold out quickly on launch day, leaving many players unable to purchase them at retail price. Now, Amazon, Walmart, and Target have replenished their inventories, with prices returning to the standard $44.99 per deck.
This restock matters because Commander is Magic's most popular format, and the Foundations set is designed as a long-term entry point for new players, making availability crucial for the game's growth. The shortage had driven secondary market prices as high as $70 per deck, frustrating both casual fans and collectors. The full version stays on the original page, which this listing opens directly.
