Content overview: “Marvel Officially Announces Captain Marvel's New Power Level, Making Her 90% Weaker”. Marvel Comics has officially revealed that Carol Danvers, aka Captain Marvel, will operate at only 10% of her usual power in the upcoming Avengers series. The announcement came via Marvel's official channels, confirming a major status quo shift for one of its most powerful heroes. This dramatic reduction means Captain Marvel is 90% weaker than fans have seen her in recent years, placing her in a vulnerable position as the Avengers enter a new era.
The change is tied to the aftermath of recent storylines, though specific in-universe reasons have yet to be fully detailed. For readers, this power downgrade raises the stakes: Captain Marvel must now rely more on strategy, skill, and teamwork rather than overwhelming cosmic force. It also opens narrative possibilities for character growth and underdog moments. This listing links straight to the original page, where the content is available in full.
