Nordisk Film Production and Reinvent Yellow have entered into a notable distribution partnership focused on bringing Scandinavian crime dramas to a global audience. Central to this agreement is "Snake Killer" (Slangedræber), which holds the distinction of being Prime Video's first Danish Original and will make its international debut competing at Canneseries. Alongside this series, the deal also covers the TV2 Norway crime drama "Sogn Murders" (Sognedrapene) and an additional, yet-to-be-revealed project.
This collaboration combines Nordisk Film Production’s strong production background with Reinvent Yellow’s expertise in international sales, financing, and distribution. Together, they aim to leverage the ongoing global interest in Nordic noir, ensuring these culturally rich stories reach viewers worldwide. The agreement reflects a strategic effort to enhance the global footprint of Scandinavian content and to maintain a steady flow of premium series for international platforms.
