The site collects minimal technical information such as device and browser types to enhance the user experience but does not engage in intrusive tracking or advertising practices. All videos are publicly available on YouTube and are accessed through the YouTube Data API, with playback occurring directly on YouTube's site, subject to its privacy policies.
The platform utilizes only essential cookies to support its functionality and does not target children under the age of 13, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. NovaTube News also incorporates third-party services, mainly YouTube, for content delivery, while any promotional material or affiliate links are clearly identified to maintain transparency.
