Users can access the platform without creating an account, allowing seamless browsing of various news videos. The site collects minimal technical information, such as device and browser types, alongside anonymized usage data to enhance user experience. Video playback occurs through direct links to YouTube, which maintains its own privacy policies that users are subject to when viewing content.
The platform employs only essential cookies to ensure functionality and explicitly avoids using tracking cookies for advertising. NovaTube News depends on YouTube, operated by Google, for delivering video content, with Google’s privacy policies governing these interactions. Occasionally, the site may present promotional or affiliate materials, clearly marked for transparency. The service is not intended for children under 13, aligning with privacy standards to protect younger users.
