The platform does not require users to create an account to access videos, focusing instead on providing up-to-date news coverage by linking to publicly available YouTube videos. It collects minimal technical information such as device and browser types, along with anonymized usage data, to enhance user experience. Cookies are used sparingly and solely to ensure the proper functioning of the site, without tracking users for advertising purposes.

NovaTube News depends on YouTube (Google) for video delivery and may occasionally feature clearly marked promotional or affiliate content. The service is intended for general audiences and does not target children under the age of 13, nor does it knowingly gather personal information from them. Overall, NovaTube News provides a straightforward platform to access live news videos with a focus on privacy and minimal data collection.
