Paramount has appointed Rene Augustine as senior vice president of global public policy. Augustine previously worked in the White House and the Department of Justice during President Donald Trump's first term. In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing public policy matters on a global scale for the company.
Augustine will report directly to Makan Delrahim, Paramount's chief legal officer, and will be based in Washington. This strategic hire reflects Paramount’s focus on strengthening its leadership in navigating the complex regulatory and policy landscape affecting the entertainment industry worldwide.
