“Pokémon FireRed & LeafGreen Players Can Now Claim a Free Mythical Celebi via Pokémon HOME” — what this page in the network covers. Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen players have a rare opportunity to add a Mythical Pokémon to their collection. By linking the Game Boy Advance titles to Pokémon HOME, the cloud service for Nintendo Switch and mobile, trainers can receive a free Celebi. This promotional event marks the first time Celebi has been officially distributed for FireRed and LeafGreen outside of Japan, making it a significant moment for fans of the classic 2004 games.
The process involves transferring a Pokémon from FireRed or LeafGreen through Pokémon Bank and then into Pokémon HOME, after which the Celebi will be awarded. The event is part of a broader celebration of the Pokémon series' history, encouraging players to revisit older games.
