“Rory McIlroy four holes into second round as bad light halts play at DP World India Champi” — what this page in the network covers. Rory McIlroy is four shots off the clubhouse lead but has completed only four holes of his second round at the DP World India Championship after play was suspended early on Friday due to bad light in New Delhi. The Northern Irishman, who is making his first appearance in India, will face a long day on Saturday to complete his round and stay in contention. The suspension leaves the leaderboard incomplete, with several players still to finish their rounds.
McIlroy's position four shots back suggests he is within striking distance, but the stop-start nature of the event could disrupt his rhythm. Fans and organizers will be hoping for better weather and daylight conditions to allow the tournament to get back on schedule. The full version stays on the original page, which this listing opens directly.
