Samson is a PC game that offers an intricately designed open world set in a gritty 1990s noir environment. The game features a richly detailed atmosphere and pays homage to classic 3D action games, drawing inspiration from titles like Driver. Its development team includes experienced creators who previously worked on a well-regarded game released in 2015, adding credibility to its design and gameplay approach.
Despite these promising elements, the game struggles to fully deliver on its potential. While the setting and style are compelling, the overall experience does not quite reach the level expected from its ambitious concept and talented developers. Samson presents an interesting take on its genre, but falls short of standing out as a must-play title for fans of open-world action games.
