Sax Machine presents "Untrapped," a dynamic new single that merges hip-hop rhythms with rich jazz instrumentation and soulful funk textures. Centered around the lyrical voice of Chicago-based MC Days, the track reflects a cross-Atlantic creative dialogue, blending urban storytelling with improvisational energy. The band’s signature sound is defined by vibrant brass lines and layered beats, creating an expressive sonic landscape that champions individual thought and artistic independence. The release coincides with their upcoming 2026 album and a planned tour across Colombia, highlighting their growing international presence.
The project’s thematic focus on intellectual freedom was explored during a recent interview on arts24, where the group discussed the importance of creative autonomy in music and culture. Their work continues to bridge genres and geographies, reflecting a commitment to innovation and authenticity. As they prepare for a major autumn release and live performances throughout Latin America, Sax Machine reaffirms their role as a forward-thinking ensemble shaping contemporary soundscapes through collaboration and bold expression.
