For fans of self-aware slashers and campy horror, Scream Queens remains a standout. Created by Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk, and Ian Brennan, the Fox series ran for two seasons (2015–2016) and delivered 23 episodes of gore, glamour, and biting satire.
