Content overview: “Sons of Anarchy Reboot: Jax Teller Out, New Lead Takes Over in FX Revival”. FX's groundbreaking biker drama Sons of Anarchy is officially returning for a reboot, but with a major change: the central character will no longer be Jax Teller, the role made famous by Charlie Hunnam. The new series will shift focus away from the original protagonist, introducing a fresh lead to steer the motorcycle club's story in a new direction.
While details on casting and plot remain under wraps, the decision to replace Jax marks a bold creative pivot for the franchise, which ran for seven seasons from 2008 to 2014 and became one of FX's highest-rated series. Fans of the original may be surprised, but the reboot aims to honor the show's gritty legacy while exploring untapped corners of its world. The full version stays on the original page, which this listing opens directly.
