SpatialGrid Ops is a specialized platform designed to streamline field operations in augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) production environments. It offers real-time dispatch capabilities, allowing managers to efficiently assign crews to tasks based on current needs and location. The system includes zone management features that help organize and oversee different operational areas, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively. Additionally, SpatialGrid Ops incorporates service level agreement (SLA) tracking to monitor performance and maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
By providing a centralized dashboard, SpatialGrid Ops enables operations managers to maintain clear visibility over ongoing activities, quickly respond to incidents, and keep immersive production projects running smoothly. This tailored approach supports various AR/VR field tasks, such as setting up installations, conducting training, and servicing equipment, making it an essential tool for organizations seeking to optimize their AR/VR deployment workflows.
