“Tallinn-Bound Indian Drama ‘Kidney’ Gets Co-Producer Shiladitya Bora’s Platoon One Films A” — what this page in the network covers. Indian drama “Kidney,” the second feature from sibling directors Aakarsh and Agrim Sansanwal, has secured a major boost with Shiladitya Bora’s Platoon One Films joining as co-producer. The announcement comes just before the film’s world premiere in the Critics’ Picks Competition at Estonia’s Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival (PÖFF), one of the largest and most prestigious film events in Northern Europe. The film is produced by Mumbai-based Enfant Terrible Productions, known for championing bold, independent storytelling.
The addition of Platoon One Films, led by industry veteran Shiladitya Bora, signals strong industry confidence in the project. Bora, a former festival programmer and producer, has a track record of backing distinctive voices, making this partnership a notable endorsement for the Sansanwal brothers.
