Content overview: “Terrifier Trilogy Returns to Regal Theaters for Halloween Weekend”. Art the Clown is set to haunt the big screen once again as the complete Terrifier trilogy returns to Regal theaters nationwide from October 29-31. The special Halloween weekend engagement includes 2016's Terrifier, 2022's Terrifier 2, and 2024's Terrifier 3, giving horror fans a rare chance to experience the gruesome saga in a theatrical setting just in time for spooky season. The re-release, presented in partnership with a video game company, underscores the franchise's growing cultural footprint beyond film.
With the third installment having already made a splash earlier this year, this event capitalizes on the holiday to drive both nostalgia and new audience discovery. Regal's nationwide participation ensures broad accessibility for fans across the U.S. For cinephiles and horror enthusiasts, the timing is strategic: Halloween weekend is peak season for scary movies, and the Terrifier series has become a modern slasher staple known for its practical effects and boundary-pushing gore.
