NovaTube News is a live video news platform that gathers content from publicly available YouTube videos using the YouTube Data API. The service does not require users to create accounts, and it collects only minimal technical data such as device type, browser information, and anonymized usage statistics to enhance functionality. All videos are hosted on YouTube and played through direct links, meaning viewers are subject to YouTube’s privacy policies when they click through. The site uses only essential cookies for operational purposes and does not deploy tracking cookies for advertising.
The platform does not target users under 13 years of age and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Third-party services like YouTube (Google) are integral to content delivery, with their own privacy standards applying. Promotional materials or affiliate links are clearly marked. Users in the European Union may exercise GDPR rights, including access, correction, or deletion of personal data. For inquiries about privacy practices, contact details are provided. By using NovaTube News, users agree to the Terms of Service, which govern access and use of the platform.
