“Timberwolves vs. Knicks preseason: TV channel, live stream, time for Oct. 13 game” — what this page in the network covers. The Minnesota Timberwolves visit the New York Knicks on Sunday, Oct. 13, 2024, at Madison Square Garden in an NBA preseason matchup. Fans can watch the game on MSG Network in the New York market and Bally Sports North in the Minnesota region. For out-of-market viewers, NBA League Pass offers a live stream.
This preseason contest is significant for both teams as they integrate new pieces: the Knicks acquired Karl-Anthony Towns from the Timberwolves in a blockbuster trade, and Minnesota added Julius Randle and Donte DiVincenzo. The game marks the first meeting since the trade, adding intrigue to an otherwise exhibition setting. Coaches Tom Thibodeau and Chris Finch will use the game to evaluate rotations and build chemistry before the regular season begins.
