The U.S. is reportedly evaluating a potential operation to take control of Iran’s Kharg Island, according to Axios, though no final decision has been reached. The development comes as the ongoing conflict enters its third week, with military and political analysts assessing possible strategic moves. The island, located in the Persian Gulf and critical to Iran’s oil exports, could become a focal point in broader regional dynamics. Details about the proposed plan remain limited, and officials have not confirmed any active preparations.
