“Why Zay Flowers Could Shine in Week 6 for Ravens Even Without Lamar Jackson” — what this page in the network covers. Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers could be poised for a breakout performance in Week 6, even if star quarterback Lamar Jackson is sidelined. Flowers, the team's first-round pick in 2023, has quickly become a reliable target in the Ravens' offense, and his route-running and after-catch ability make him a threat regardless of who is under center. With Jackson nursing an injury, backup quarterback Tyler Huntley or another reserve may step in, but Flowers' role in the short and intermediate passing game should remain intact.
The Ravens' coaching staff has designed plays specifically to get the ball into Flowers' hands quickly, allowing him to create yards after the catch. This approach minimizes the need for deep shots that require perfect timing with the starter. This listing links straight to the original page, where the content is available in full.
