“Will GTA 6 Come to Nintendo Switch 2? Nintendo of America President Says 'Ask Rockstar'” — what this page in the network covers. Nintendo of America President Doug Bowser has addressed the burning question of whether Rockstar Games' highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto 6 will arrive on the upcoming Switch 2 console. In a recent interview, Bowser deflected the query, stating that fans should 'ask Rockstar' about the possibility, leaving the door open but offering no confirmation. This comes as the gaming world eagerly awaits both the next Nintendo hardware and Rockstar's next blockbuster, which is slated for a 2025 release on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
While the original Switch has never hosted a mainline GTA title, the Switch 2's rumored power boost could make it a viable platform for modern third-party games. Bowser's non-committal response suggests that Nintendo is open to the idea, but the decision ultimately rests with Rockstar and parent company Take-Two Interactive. The full version stays on the original page, which this listing opens directly.
