The Tech House team redirects its efforts outdoors as interior work pauses due to permit delays. A large-scale backyard demolition begins, clearing away outdated structures and debris to make room for new landscaping. Heavy machinery takes center stage, with Linus operating a mini-excavator in the midst of controlled chaos. The scene is energetic and dynamic, showcasing the crew’s hands-on approach to transforming the property’s exterior. This phase is crucial for laying the foundation for future outdoor upgrades.
The focus remains on practical preparation, ensuring the yard is ready for grading, planting, and structural additions. Every piece of rubble removed brings the Tech House closer to its next design phase. Though the pace is intense, the work reflects a commitment to thorough site readiness. This transition from indoor construction to outdoor renovation highlights the project's evolving scope and ongoing development.
